“Total agreed to pay approximately $398 million to resolve its alleged FCPA scrutiny ($245.2 million to resolve the DOJ enforcement action and $153 million to resolve the SEC enforcement action). The $398 million enforcement action is the third largest in FCPA history in terms of fine / penalty amount.”
